Products cannot be returned as they are perishable. We may accomodate and send out replacement for broken or damages goods.

1: How long before my item ships?

Answer: Within 2 business days

2: May I pick out my snack box?

Answer: No, All boxes are unique and that is what makes it thrilling! You never know what your box may contain

3: Can I request alternatives for allergic reasons?

Answer: YES! Let us know before we ship and we will do our best to accomodate any special requests!

4: Can I return my purchase or cancel?

Answer: You may cancel your purchase before we ship but you cannot return your package as items are perishable. Exceptions are made for packages that are broken or damaged.

5: Do you deliver to other counries?

Answer: Currently we only ship to the US as our boxes contain perishable items that may not get to someone over seas
